I had a lot of ‘things’.
I sold them. Donated them. Binned them.
I became free, light footed and quite exquisitely happy.

This wasn’t solely because lots of things were dramatically thrown out…
It was because what remained was essential, useful, beautiful, soulful or highly valued.
As a result, I live a simple, unadorned life where everything I want is everything I have.

This website is about sharing that exquisite happy by extolling the virtues of graceful,

unfettered simplicity and chilled unchaos. It is a collection of things to simplify and beautify life.

On the other hand, I am farcically and solemnly obsessive compulsive
with dark depressions that battle daily with my hard won happy…

De-stressing and un-complicating via beautiful, simple things has been my purest medication.
My passion for creativity and simple, beautiful living has removed the need to medicate and dull my senses.

I accept the crushing lows as I accept the mad highs. At the very least, they are genuine.
